I’ve worked with Shelly over at Juicing Collards before. This beautiful soul is a pleasure to work with and always brings the most beautiful props and blog content for me to capture. Plus we always get to chatting about all the life stuff and leave feeling so uplifted. I provided content for her blog debut that you might have seen HERE. Make sure to check her out!

Winter Baby Shower
My sweet friend at my church just recently gave birth to her first baby. It was such a treat to celebrate with her and all our friends the celebration of her sweet little girl. This shower was in winter, but with how much everyone was glowing for her and all the pretty colors it could have been spring time of us all. Pinks and yellows are some of my favorite colors to work with.
Mr Holmes Bakehouse Editorial Photos
Some of you might be familiar with the hashtag #igotbakedinsanfrancisco lol. Well, it’s referring to the bakery in San Francisco called Mr. Holmes Bakehouse. I’ve been a fan for a while and was able to come take some social media photos for them! They were the nicest people and their pastries and store was such eye candy to snap pictures of.
Galentines Day Collaboration
Every year I try to take on new goals and push myself in areas that I admire and need more experience in. 2018 is going to be the year of collaborations with other inspirational businesses and focusing on editorial photos. I collaborated with Bellevue Floral Co. for the beautiful flower arrangements and had styling done by my friend Jessica over at Hej Doll for a spin on Valentines Day with a Galentines day themed photo shoot. Expect to see more of these types of photos this year!
Blog Content Photos – Pink on the Cheek
I love working with bloggers. Before I committed to only working in photography I blogged for many years. So bloggers hold a special place in my heart. I have been working with Lauren from Pink on the Cheek for a while now and not only does she provide fun content for me to capture, but she’s a beautiful person and such fun company too.
Choi Family Photo Session
I love when families come together for multi family photo sessions. Not only is it very convenient for me, but I also get to see generations of family come together to capture a moment they can keep forever. It’s fun seeing similarities and differences in families and how the kids get along with their cousins. This session was a holiday card session, and 3 separate family sessions all combined with one sitting. Talk about killing a few birds with one stone!
Holiday Photos 2017
Better late then never! Here is the round up for Cue the Light’s Holiday Photos for 2017. I tend to start booking up in October and November for Holiday photos and only take a select few sessions so be sure to get your name in early for 2018!
Juicing Collards – Headshot and Website Photos
I’m starting to really enjoy taking photos of food. So when Shelly over at Juicing Collards hire me to snap her head-shot and website photos, I jumped on the opportunity. Shelly did not disappoint with all the different fresh and colorful veggies she brought along with her. After this photo shoot it definitely had me thinking about doing more food photography when those opportunities present themselves.
Fall First Birthday Party
Little Kimia and her family celebrated her turning 1 in October and I had the privileged to capture those moments. The focus of the photoshoot was going to mainly be family. Some clients like all photos of just their children, some like more editorial photos of the decor, and in this case it was all about the people who love Kimia and gathered to celebrate her life. I definitely focused on the family, but when I had moments here and there, I snapped a few detailed photos too (those are my favorite). Kimia’s mama did too good of a job with the details for me not to capture them. Party planning organized by Wishes & Wows.
Hippy Themed Birthday Party
This is probably one of the neatest jobs I’ve done so far. I arrived knowing it was an adult birthday party for my client’s husband, but didn’t realize it was themed until I arrived. Talk about a photographers playground. So much fun content to work with and the most fun people to capture. Shana, the owner of the home and host of the party, had excellent taste. Thank you Shana for letting me capture this fun chapter in your husbands life!
